High-quality 3D imaging
Robotic pick and place, inspection, and manufacturing applications require high-quality, accurate point clouds. Zivid One+ 3D detects target objects with single or multi-frame imaging, and have a low occlusion, optimized baseline with wide FOV overlap. The 2.3 MPixels image sensor is used to capture RGB color, 2D, and 3D, enabling your automation solution to reliably detect, inspect, select, classify, and pick your target objects. Traditionally challenging parts such as sheet metal, machined and polished parts, glossy packaging becomes possible with robust and flexible reflection suppression technology and exposure control.

Fast 3D point cloud captures
Cycle time is a critical element in efficient robotic automation. Zivid One+ cameras support fast 3D acquisitions and up to 12 FPS color point cloud bursts. Native 2D color imaging is supported with up to 50 FPS bursts. A Full HD, high accuracy point cloud readily available in 110ms.
Industrial grade
Business-critical industrial applications require industrial-grade sensors. Zivid One+ color 3D cameras have a robust aluminum housing and ruggedized optics. IP65 certification ensures reliable operation in humid and dusty work environments. Each 3D camera is delivered pre-calibrated for the entire operating temperature range, and cameras and public software revisions are performance qualified and tested before you receive it. Eye-safe and collaborative
Zivid One+ 3D cameras use eye-safe, structured white light to capture 3D data. Direct exposure or reflections from the white light are not harmful. You can operate all Zivid One+ 3D cameras in collaborative robot cell applications without the need for special safety programs or a laser safety officer (LSO).

Versatile
Our Small, Medium, and Large Zivid One+ 3D color cameras are widely used in automation and robot cell applications. The low weight and small form factor enables both stationary- and robot mounting. A small, yet optimized baseline, gives you a flexible working distance from 30 cm to 3 meters.
Zivid One+ Medium covers 60 to 160 cm working distance, with full image overlap at 60 cm.
